Setting Our Sails...

after one month and 24 days since we 1st brought the plant here...
tomorrow we r finally gonna start production...
its a long overdue time...
lots of difficulties have been faced..and..
lots of things has been learnt...

many feelings have been shared..
much times have been spent together..
a lot of effort has been put in..
i can say dat evrybody gave their all into dis thing..
and we all stay together in thick or thin..

God Willing, we will all always pray and strive,
so dat our production will be smoother than the starting..
and hope the unforeseen probs cud be avoided...

i have been doin calculations myself...
estimations, planning, logistics & statistics..
funds, deposits and allocations...
to make sure concrete production sustainable...

now we just have to make it happen...

emm..yesterday was sumthin...
i mean, it feels different..

so where to start???

so ok...in the morning...cloudy thursday
got up from bed...subuh prayers..
maybe this is the reason y...
with pa at renaissance..
cant join him 4 brekky today...
have to go home, get things..

reached home, took sejadah, and my clothes,
4 semayang hajat, and for evening swim..
then cancel brekky with abg noorul n che mat..
they're headed to salor, quite far,
7sumthin oledy got call frm kensains people..
he's oledy at site to calibrate the machine..
wah so early...

then i join wan zakkhry n hasmira at n.kerabu polyedar
also there were en.lah, replacement of jimin,
saiful n hasmawi..so i did the contractors duty..
to settle the bill...hehe...gonna claim..

then go to site..see keong placing the little giants..
it started drizzling...emm..cloudy turns to cold breeze..

later went out to go do hiv test...
halfway met abe noorul, he ask to go back to site
leave one car and go together...ok whatever..
actually the day b4 we planned to go see bos mat..
kasmat aidi, the bos of bachok tnb...

so i made him wait at the klinik kesihatan..
later bos mat call..like he know we're coming 4 him...
very good, very good chemistry haha..coincidence perhaps..
they were so many people, had to leave..
but oledy pass the request n janji with lab technician..ok

so go to tnb see bos mat...discuss..n get to know..
1st time met him maaa...so teruk la me...
he has done evrything 4 us, only now i go see him..
so so really sorry...neway later we go lunch..
i also get to meet pomen mat..finally and relieved..

meanwhile, my peeps r underway with 3days cube test..
SRE wan zakkhry to witness..and it went well..
yeah we shud've known lookin at the tetrapod..
thank GOD...

yeah in da car with abg noorul,
he told me a story, one dat shud be just between us..
its about en.halim, requesting a payroll of more than 3000
i dont mean to attack him, but shud look at his profile.
like abg noorul described it...
-mekanikal engineer
-poor computer skills
-me think he's got poor PR
-middle age,...among other things

and abg noorul reason it out dat his payroll cant be higher than seniors
in the organization, so he will go...i feel sorry 4 him anyhow..
i dont think its he's fault...sabar je la..

so dis means we r gonna recruit another staff..
engineer, fresh grad wud be ok...payroll oso small..
so..nora will have to move to p.puteh and guide nasrul..
sian tgk nasrul kene buli kat abg noorul...
biase la..budak baru, kalu x wat cam2 xkan pandai..

me? stay at kemasin, step into nora's boots and guide the new grad.
and also, hand him my duties...its a big job i say, to be able to do what nora does..
i mean, i never feel like its my game, however, i will try..anything, anyhow..
